GENERAL RESPOSNIBILITIES

Responsible for achieving the organization’s mission and financial objectives while building positive public awareness. Works under the general direction of the Mid Rogue Foundation and its Board.

• Community Relations and Marketing

• Policy Development, Implementation & Interpretation

• Organization Structure & Procedures

• Budget & Finances

• Staff Administration

 

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Degree in business preferred, public administration, or 3-5 years of related experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent oral, written communication skills, computer skills and organizational skills.

• Strong public speaker. Comfortable developing and delivering presentations on

behalf of the organization.

• Exceptional financial management and accountability in both capitol and operating budgets.

• Ability to motivate and manage staff and volunteers, including hiring and staff development.

• Possesses passion for the success and progress of the community we serve.

• Background in working with a volunteer board.

• Successful track record of fundraising, sales experience a plus!

• Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit.

• Must have strong emotional intelligence and strong collaboration and negotiation skills.

Additional items of experience that would be helpful.

• Experience in development and grant seeking and writing.

• Understanding and experience with housing acquisition and management.

• Experience working with individuals and families living at or below the poverty line who may be unhoused.

Job Compensation

Salary:             $70,000 - $85,000 a year

Job Type:         Full-time Contract

 

Shift and Schedule:

8 hour daily shift- Monday to Friday

Weekend availability
